Perfect for charcoal barbecued jerk chicken served with rice and peas but also a fantastic slow cooked jerk pork for wraps or seafood with a fresh salad.
- Open bag at tear notches and add meat, seafood or vegetables, reseal with zip.
- Marinate at least 30 minutes but ideally overnight in the refrigerator.
- Barbecue, grill, roast or even fry meat to taste.
