The perfect balance of flavours for your meat, seafood or veggies, in a convenient resealable bag.

Inspired by the Southern Indian cuisine of Goa and Kerala we've blended rich, sweet but tart mango with our unique masala spice blend including plenty of roasted cumin and a touch of chilli. This marinade is perfect for fish and seafood barbecued at the beach and served in dosa pancakes but also works equally well with chicken and lamb and served on coconut rice.

Cooking instructions:
Serves 4, contains enough marinade for approx 600g meat, fish or vegetables (typically 4 chicken breasts, 4 steaks, 4 fish fillets or similar.)
  • Open bag at tear notches and add meat, seafood or vegetables, reseal with zip.
  • Marinate at least 30 minutes but ideally overnight in the refrigerator. 
  • Barbecue, grill, roast or even fry meat to taste.
