Tyrrells chips are made with the finest Herefordshire potatoes, mostly Lady Rosetta and Lady Claire varieties. The potatos are thickly cut complete with jackets, for extra flavour and crunchiness. Then they are hand-cooked on the farm in small batches and spun in a tumbler to dry off any excess oil. This process produces exceptional chips with characteristic potato flavour, extra crunchy texture and no greasy feeling. Finally the chips are seasoned only with natural delicious seasonings and sea salt.
